Noel started his career within the humanitarian and philanthropic sectors, primarily based in London and later in Latin America. He holds a Masters Degree in Politics and Economics of Development (1992) and has previous experience working in the Peacekeeping Department of The United Nations. Noel was a Founder, Director and Chairman of Threshold Centre Ltd and Threshold Housing Association Ltd and is currently the Chair of the Haematology Education and Research Trust, (UCH) and also a boardmember of the Gael Choláiste, Carrigaline.
He is also strongly associated with national and internationally well-known registered charities, where he was a former Chairman of Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind and is a Board Director of World Vision Ireland. From 2000 to 2004, Noel was Managing Director of SSAP Ltd, which he owned and developed. His love for innovation and passion for business continued as Noel purchased PMI Software in 2009. Through his leadership the company has developed an industry leading position in the provision of software products in asset management as well as health and safety in addition to paperless systems.

With over 20 years’ Enterprise sales experience in the software industry, Louis is passionate about delivering value to the customer and creating long-term customer relationships.
During his time with PEMAC, Louis has been instrumental in winning and managing our most valued customer accounts, including those within pharmaceutical, food & drink, manufacturing, transport and government across a variety of territories.
Louis completed his MBA at the Smurfit Graduate School (UCD), holds an MBS and a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree from DCU and completed the Postgraduate Diploma in International Selling with DIT/Enterprise Ireland.
Joan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has over 20 years financial experience in various sectors including Pharma, Retail, Electronics and Oil & Gas. She trained with PWC after gaining an honours B. Comm from UCC and Hons Dip in Professional Accounting from UCD. Joan is responsible for the Finance function and also has some HR responsibilities at PEMAC. She joined PEMAC in 2011 having spent 12 years at MSD working in various financial roles. Her final role there was to support Capital Projects working with the Engineering & Operations Depts. Working hand-in-hand with her technical colleagues in a regulated environment has afforded Joan great insight into the world of Engineering which has been of great benefit to PEMAC
