Joan Burke

Financial Controller


Joan has been with PEMAC since 2011 and is a valuable member of the team with Finance & some HR responsibilities. 

With over 20 year’s experience across various sectors including Pharma, Retail, Electronics and Oil & Gas, Joan, as head of the finance department in PEMAC, is heavily involved across all aspects of the business.

Joan is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from UCC and an Honours DIP in Professional Accounting from UCD

Adrian Whyte

Adrian Whyte 

Research and Development Manager

Adrian has been with PEMAC since 2011 and is currently leading development projects focused on PEMAC key assets: maintenance, health and safety and forms. Adrian has over 20 years’ experience and has a proven track record of leading technical teams and implementing major projects in the telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries.


Adrian is a certified Scrummaster, holding a B.Sc. in Computer Applications and is currently undertaking a M.Sc. in Project and Programme Management at University of Limerick.

Louis Tuttle

Product Sales Director

Louis joined PEMAC in 1999 as a sales consultant and has since advanced to the position of Product Sales Director. During this time, Louis has been instrumental in winning and managing our most valued customer accounts, including those within pharmaceutical, food and drink, manufacturing, logistical and government departments.

Louis completed an MBA at the Smurfit Graduate School (UCD) in 2012, holds a Masters in Business Studies (Finance & Economics, 1997) and a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree (1992) from DCU.

Liam Fitzpatrick

Digital Marketing Manager

Liam graduated from DCU in 2010 with a B.Sc in Marketing, Innovation and Technology, and subsequently completed a M.Sc in Electronic Commerce in 2011, also from DCU. Liam has recently returned to Ireland after spending time working in Australia and the U.A.E in the capacity as digital marketing strategist and expert.


Liam is a keen sports fan who regularly lines out for his local GAA and soccer teams.


Craig McFadyen

Product and R&D Director

Craig joined PEMAC as the software development manager in 2007 with responsibility for bespoke customer solutions. Since 2009 the software development team has expanded greatly and focused on the introduction of new products and upgrade of the existing portfolio of products using Agile software development techniques.


Craig completed a Masters in Product Management (2014) and has been implementing the best practices learned to ensure market trends and customer feedback strongly influence the future roadmap for product development.

Noel O’Regan

Managing Director

Noel started his career within the humanitarian and philanthropic sectors, primarily based in London and later in Latin America. He holds a Masters Degree in Politics and Economics of Development (1992) and previous experience working in the Peacekeeping Department of The United Nations.

Noel was a Founder, Director and Chairman of Threshold Centre Ltd and Threshold Housing Association Ltd and is currently the Chair of the Haematology Education and Research Trust, (UCH) and also a boardmember of the Gael Choláiste, Carrigaline.

He is also strongly associated with a national and International well known registered charities, where he was a former Chairman of Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind and is a Board Director of World Vision Ireland. From 2000 to 2004, Noel was Managing Director of SSAP Ltd, which he owned and developed. His love for innovation and passion for business continued as Noel purchased PMI Software in 2009. Through his leadership the company has developed an industry leading position in the provision of software products in asset management, health and safety in addition to paperless systems.
