About the Role
An opportunity exists to work in a CMMS Technical Support role within the Engineering Department of a Food and Beverage Industry leading brand in Cork. The role entails managing the day to day running of the site CMMS, PEMAC Assets and administrative support for the Electrical & Instrumentation department reporting to the E&I Team Lead.
What you will do
Supports the management and planning of E&I maintenance activities on site including predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance.
Participates in maintenance planning meetings.
Reviews maintenance activities and conducts evaluations of existing equipment systems.
Proposes and develops improvements for PEMAC Assets and supports the future implementation of new modules.
Asset Management – Setup of new assets, routines, job specifications and instrument calibration test points.
Serve as the access control official for the CMMS system.
Set up and assist in designing CMMS reports.
Provides guidance and training to Engineering Technicians on Pemac.
Support and participate in audits to include internal, external or regulatory bodies.
Compiles and reports technical performance metrics including monthly and quarterly department reports.
Maintains / Updates work instructions and selected standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the CMMS and associated work processes.
Subject matter expert to resolve usability issues, address technical questions and maximize the potential of CMMS as a tool i.e. serves as CMMS liaison for problem solving and escalation.
Supports and contributes to site continuous improvement and maintenance initiatives.
Analysis and interrogation of data to drive process improvement, optimisation and improved ROI.
Foster excellent communication between our clients and PEMAC staff.
Act as a Brand Ambassador and promote Pemac across clients and channel partners.
What you will have
Associates, bachelor’s degree, or trade certification in a related Engineering field.
In the absence of the above, 1-3 years of experience with CMMS systems.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and ability to collect, organize, and analyse data.
Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders to achieve the objective.
Good organization abilities with a systematic approach to prioritisation.
Process orientated to achieve the business objective.
Proficient in Pemac Assets, and/or similar CMMS, Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Remuneration Package: Commensurate with experience
