Introducing the New & Improved Pemac CMMS Support Site

Launching April 10th, we’re excited to unveil our newly redesigned Support site for Pemac CMMS users—built to deliver a faster, more intuitive, and more empowering support experience.

We know that when you need support, you want answers quickly and without hassle. That’s why we’ve reimagined the entire experience, creating a central hub where everything you need is easy to find, easy to use, and available whenever you need it.

Here’s what you can expect from the new Pemac CMMS Support platform:

  • A fresh, modern design: a cleaner, more user-friendly interface makes it easier to navigate and quickly locate the information you need.
  • Powerful new search functionality: find relevant answers in seconds with improved search that surfaces the most helpful content, fast.
  • Comprehensive FAQ section: get instant answers to common questions, helping you resolve issues without delay.
  • Easy-access navigation tiles: jump straight to key areas, including user documentation, with clear, intuitive shortcuts.
  • Extensive knowledge base: explore a growing library of over 500 in-depth articles, guides, and how-to’s designed to support you at every stage.
  • Self-service support, on your terms: access the tools and information you need to solve problems independently, saving time and keeping you in control.
  • Integrated support ticketing: need extra help? You can now log and manage support tickets directly within the platform for a seamless experience. 

The result is a smarter, more efficient support experience – helping our customers find answers faster, reduce downtime, and get more from the Pemac CMMS.

Our new Pemac CMMS support site will be available from Friday, 10th April. From this date, the existing support site will be retired. Customers with a current support contract will be contacted over the next week with details on how to set up and access the new platform.

This is a significant step forward in how we support Pemac CMMS users, and it’s just the beginning. We’ll continue to enhance the platform with new content and features to ensure that our customers always have the best possible experience.
