Key Enhancements:

History Approval Groups

Multiple users can now be defined to approve History, facilitating  more rigorous work history approval processes. 

Own Work Visibility

Visibility of work can be restricted to a user’s own work providing additional access control.

New KPI Dashboards

We have added several new interactive KPI dashboards including ‘Outstanding Work Orders’ and ‘Pending Work Requests’. 

French Language Pack Added

The French Language Pack is now included along with the existing Languages Packs for German, Danish, Spanish, Finnish, Dutch, Polish and Arabic.

Additional Data Filtering

Expanded options to filter your data, including filtering by spare part type, in addition to description.

PEMAC Mobile Enhancements

You can now perform bulk completion of tasks, apply new filters on tasks & work orders, and much more via mobile devices.

Requestor Acceptance

Work Request Owners can now be given the option to accept or reject completed work.

Permits on Mobile

You can now create, manage and control your work permits from mobile and tablet devices, as well as desktop.

View Work Done by Person 

The ‘Work done by Resource’ report displays the work done by one or more resources in a given time period.
