Understanding CMMS

PEMAC ASSETS v4.1 Key Enhancements:

Save Own View Filters

PEMAC ASSETS users can now save their most frequent grid searches, and apply these as their default views where required. This streamlines the data retrieval process, enhancing efficiency.

Maintenance Traffic Lights

A Traffic Light system has been implemented for Work Orders so that technicians can see at a glance which jobs are to be prioritised. Managers can also quickly identify overdue work.

Customisable Digital Workflows

Forms can now be automatically attached to History, allowing various digital workflow processes to be defined, for example, quality approval checks on unplanned work.

Permit Snapshots

A snapshot of a Permit can now be automatically taken and reviewed when extending or suspending a permit. This is useful for long-running permits that change and evolve over their lifespan.

Enhanced Skill Search

Contractor managers can now quickly and easily filter by ‘Person Skills’ to identify where particular Skills are expired or nearing expiry, so that renewals can be arranged.

View Own Work Restrictions

‘Own Work’ restrictions can now be applied to the Service Desk Module, giving Administrators additional controls to limit Requestors to viewing their work only.

Security Audit Trail Reporting

Security changes are now tracked, recorded and contextualised,  allowing auditors and  managers to quickly assess system security changes made by administrators.

Requestor Acceptance

Users with the Requestor Role can now Accept or Decline Requests from the ‘View Previous Requests’ Screen in the Service Desk Module.

Permit Acceptance

Additional controls have been added to selectively force permit holders to ‘sign on’ to permits they require, so that signatures are captured,  ensuring accountability.
