To support the launch of our exciting new products and drive our continued expansion we are looking for a smart, driven and energetic Sales Associate to join our sales team. Job Specification

The role of the Sales Associate will be to identify and develop sales leads for the business. This is primarily an inside sales role although some travel and customer facing meetings may be required. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with existing and prospective customers, educate them on the features and benefits of our products, qualify enquires emanating for our extensive marketing and develop new leads. Experience and demonstrated success of face to face or remote selling to customers is required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualifications –

Work closely with the PEMAC marketing team to manage and qualify In-bound responses to marketing campaigns and other lead generation activities.

  • Manage the Inbound Lead activity entering Leads into next stage campaigns or developing further into the Sales process
  • With this role there will be a target attached of generating a minimum number of qualified leads per week based on the Marketing activities at the time
  • Work with the PEMAC Marketing team to complete data collection and analysis of target territories and sectors in the UK & Ireland markets initially to identify the key accounts and stakeholders. Complete outbound marketing calls to target territories and sectors to develop leads
  • Be responsible for generating customer interest in the PEMAC products, demonstrate the products, educate them on the features and benefits, identify and develop qualified leads.

Overall this role will be expected to accurately manage all of your contacts, leads and business activity in the business CRM system and provide regular and accurate reports and updates to your manager as required.

You will also be expected to build and maintain your product knowledge to effectively present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the PEMAC products and solutions.

Key Skills & Requirements

Experience and demonstrated success of lead generation and/or sales is required. Experience of selling software solutions into the pharma, medical or general manufacturing sectors is an advantage.

Demonstrate a strong ability to clearly communicate and understand a customer’s requirements, sell them on the value proposition and identify leads and opportunities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to own and drive a structured, disciplined and efficient inside sales process by identifying and delivering a high volume of qualified leads.

Strong customer focus with the ability to develop and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity with all internal and external stakeholders.

Working as a team member is vital

Hold a current driving license.
