Adrian Whyte
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Adrian has over 20 years’ experience in the software industry. Before joining PEMAC in 2011, he had various roles providing software solutions to the Telecom and Pharmaceutical industries. He is highly experienced in managing multiple teams, defining strategic business objectives in line with Company vision and is passionate about delivering high-quality service to clients.
Adrian has completed a MSc degree in Programme and Project Management at the University of Limerick and a BSc Degree in Computer Science from CIT.
Stephen Davis
MARKETING DIRECTOR
Stephen joined PEMAC in April 2021 and is responsible for Marketing, Demand Generation, Communications and Public Relations. Stephen has extensive domestic and international B2B marketing experience across a multitude of sectors including Technology, Supply Chain, Education and Financial Services.
Stephen holds both a Business Degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Technological University Dublin, a Diploma in Marketing and Digital Strategy from The Irish Management Institute and a Professional Diploma from the Digital Marketing Institute.
Donal Bourke
DIRECTOR OF SALES
Donal Bourke joined PEMAC in 2022 as Director of Sales. He has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing industries; including oil & gas, power and renewables, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. Donal has extensive experience working with Manufacturing Software Systems, Consulting, and Professional Services helping clients realise business value from their investments.
Donal holds a Business Degree (BA) from Griffith College Dublin and a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Information Systems Management from NUI Galway.
Elaine Nicholson
FINANCE MANAGER
Elaine Nicholson joined PEMAC in January 2023 and is responsible for leading the Finance team in the delivery of financial reporting, management accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
She holds over 15 years’ experience within the food and beverage industry and has undertaken roles across a broad area of finance throughout her career.
Elaine holds a B.Sc. from University College Cork in Business Information Systems and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
Eoin O’Riordan
DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING SERVICES
Eoin joined PEMAC in April 2022 and is responsible for delivering Engineering Services to clients currently using or transitioning to PEMAC. His expertise is in CMMS Implementation, Validation and Optimisation which enables him to deliver value to clients through industry best practices.
Eoin has over 15 years of experience ranging from Instrument Calibration, Commissioning, Reliability Engineering and Project Management.
He holds a BSc Honours in Applied Physics and Instrumentation from CIT.
