We are delighted to announce that PEMAC Assets version 3.4 is now available . Key enhancements in this release include:
- Enhancements to the Job Specs
- Support for Jasper Reports Server 8.0

Administration
Enhancements to Job Specifications – Job Specifications are now assigned a Published or Draft status which allows incremental changes to tasks and more controlled updating of related maintenance Routines. Once published, changes to the Job Specification are disseminated to associated Routines in a controlled manner.
Support for Jasper Reports Server 8.0.1 – PEMAC Assets 3.4 supports Jasper Reports Server 8.0.1 allowing clients to avail of enhanced reporting features. For clients currently using Jasper Reports Server 7.5.1, who upgrade to version 8.0.1, a tool is available to export their reports and domains from version 7.5.1 to version 8.0.1.
Maintenance
Recode Facility for Meters – Managers can recode Meters if required either via the toolbar or context menu.
Stock Control
Allow PO Approvers from any site to be selected as an Approver – When creating a Purchase Order, the user now has the option to select Purchase Order Approvers across all sites. This allows more central control of purchasing operations by the Purchasing Manager.
Mobile – Start and Finish times of jobs recorded via the mobile
PEMAC Assets Mobile users can now record start and finish times via the mobile so that work can be backdated if required.
Defect Analysis added to Job Screen – PEMAC Assets Mobile users can now enter Defect Analysis information on unplanned jobs. This improves overall efficiency by recording specific defects, causes and remedies when entering job information.
